AXIS charges no deposit fee and covers the payment provider’s fee. Your own exchange or wallet may charge a network fee to send. Withdrawal fees come off the amount you withdraw. The networks on offer come from the platform, so a new one appears here when it is switched on.

Choose an amount, a network and where the money should go. The app shows the exact amount, the address, a QR code and a timer, then watches the network and credits the payment by itself.

Nothing waiting. A payment you leave mid-way shows here and reopens with the same address.
The first funding meets the minimum
An account starts trading once its first funding reaches the account type’s minimum. A smaller payment waits in your wallet until you top it up.
Leave and come back
If you close the page mid-way, the payment stays under Payments in progress and reopens with the same address.
Late is still credited
A payment that arrives after the timer runs out is still credited. Check your wallet before you pay again, so you don’t pay twice.

Every amount that reaches us is credited once, at the amount that actually arrived, even if it differs from what you planned.
Transfer
Move money between your accounts.
Transfers move money between your own wallet and your own accounts, in either direction. Try it on the example balances.
- Account to account, for example from Account to Account, without going through the wallet.
- With open positions, you can move out only what keeps the account safely above Margin Call.
- Top up an account in margin call to protect its positions. Transfers only go between your own accounts, never to another person.

Withdrawals go from your wallet to a USDT address of your own. To withdraw money from a trading account, move it to your wallet first.

Every withdrawal is checked before it goes out. Its status is in your wallet’s history the whole time.

You can deposit and trade without it. When you ask for your first withdrawal, the app walks you through a short check on your phone, and your details are read from the document itself.

How long does a deposit take?
The app adds your payment as soon as the network confirms it. On TRC20 and BEP20 that usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page in the meantime; the payment waits under Payments in progress.
Does AXIS charge a deposit fee?
No. We cover the payment provider’s fee. Your own exchange or wallet may charge its own network fee to send the USDT.
What if I send a different amount?
Every amount that arrives is credited once, at the amount that actually arrived. If it is below an account’s first-funding minimum, it waits in your wallet until you top it up.
Can I withdraw straight from a trading account?
Withdrawals go from your wallet. Move the money from the account to your wallet first, then request the withdrawal. With positions open, you can move only what keeps the account safely above Margin Call.
Why do I have to verify my identity to withdraw?
We confirm who you are once, before your first withdrawal, to keep your money safe and to meet anti-money-laundering rules. It takes a few minutes with your ID and your phone.
