Do I need documents to start trading?
No. You can sign up, fund an account and trade without uploading anything. We ask you to verify your identity before your first withdrawal.
What is the minimum first deposit?
From 0 USDT, depending on the account type. Each type’s minimum is on the account types page.
If your first payment is below the minimum, it waits in your wallet. The account starts trading once its first funding reaches the minimum.
Can my balance go below zero?
No. If a stop out leaves your balance below zero, we reset it to zero. You never owe more than you deposited.
How do I deposit?
Open Wallet and choose Deposit. Pick the amount, the network and where the money goes: your wallet, or one of your accounts. You can pay in USDT on TRC20 and BEP20.
